1. Information We Collect

We collect your name and email address when you register. If you subscribe to a premium plan, billing details (such as company name and billing country) are collected and processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.

2. How We Handle Image Data

* **Client-Side Processing**: Homepage uploads are compressed directly in your browser using local WebAssembly. Your images are never sent to our servers during this process.
* **API Uploads**: Media files sent to our Developer API are temporarily stored in a secure folder solely to complete the optimization. All files are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers within 2 hours.

3. Session Tracking and Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your login session and store interface preferences. We do not track your browsing history across other websites or share cookie data with advertising networks.

4. Security & Encryption

We implement SSL encryption for all data transmissions and hash account passwords using strong industry algorithms. Payment details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy; no raw card numbers are ever stored in our database.

5. Sharing of Data

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted services required to run our platform (e.g. payment processing and transactional emails) under strict confidentiality agreements.
