2. Scope of Service

We provide client-side and server-side image compression, conversion, and optimization. We offer free access with files/capacity limitations, and premium plans with higher quotas and API keys.

3. Account Responsibility

To access Pro options or use the API, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly schedule. Any additional Pay-As-You-Go API usage is calculated and invoiced at the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

5. Storage and Data Retention

Images uploaded to our API are stored temporarily and deleted automatically within 2 hours. We do not claim ownership of, inspect, or share any of your optimized assets.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree not to bypass our API rate limits, scrape free endpoints, or upload any files containing malware or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
